Postmark now has its own SOC 2 Type 2 report, an independent assessment of the controls that protect your data.
What’s new. Postmark now has its first SOC 2 Type 2 report. It follows ActiveCampaign’s recent report, and it’s a separate report for Postmark.
What a Type 2 report tells you. SOC 2 reports come from an independent auditor who evaluates how a company protects customer data. Type 2 means the auditor looks at how those controls operate over a period of time, not just on a single day.
Why it matters. If your team runs vendor security reviews, you now have a Postmark-specific report to hand them.
Where to find it. Visit trust.activecampaign.com. You can also read how Postmark approaches security on our security page.
What’s next. This is our first report, and first audits tend to surface places to improve. We already have owners and plans for that work, and it carries into our next audit period.
