Postmark loves supporting early-stage builders and the people who help spread the word. Here’s how our Bootstrapped Credit and Friends & Family programs work — and how to apply.


🚀 Bootstrapped Credit

We offer a $75 credit to support bootstrapped businesses using Postmark. This credit helps independent builders and small teams get started without outside funding.

✅ Eligibility criteria

To qualify, you must:

  • Have a fully launched product or service

  • Be charging for your product

  • Have taken no outside funding

If you meet these criteria, let our team know! You can reach out through Postmark Support and we’ll confirm eligibility before applying the credit.

💰 How it works

Once approved, we’ll apply the $75 credit directly to your account.
This credit typically covers your next five payments of $15 each.

You’ll receive a confirmation message once the credit is added.

Any paying Postmark customer can refer another paying customer — and both accounts will receive a free month of Postmark usage.

✅ Eligibility criteria

To qualify:

  • Both accounts must be active, paying customers

  • The referral must be genuine (no duplicate or fake accounts)

💰 How it works

When a referral is verified, each account receives a free month of usage.
Simply reach out to Postmark Support with the email address of the account you referred or were referred by, and we’ll take care of the rest.
