How to Change the Email Address for Your DMARC Digest Reports

If you’d like to update the email address that receives your DMARC Digest reports, the process depends on whether you’re using the paid DMARC Digests app or the free Postmark DMARC tool.

Follow the steps below based on your setup.

🟣 For Paid DMARC Digests Users

If you’re using DMARC Digests , you can easily update the email address that receives your weekly or monthly reports.

🛠️ How to Update Your DMARC Digest Email Address

Log in to your DMARC Digests account:
https://dmarcdigests.com/login
Go to your account settings:
Click your profile icon (top-right corner) → Account Settings.
Update your email address:
Under Notification Settings or Digest Delivery Address, enter the new email address where you’d like to receive DMARC Digest reports.
Save your changes.
Your next scheduled digest will be sent to the new address.

💡 Tip: Each user in your DMARC Digests account manages their own digest preferences.
If you want multiple people to receive digests, add them as users so they can enable digests for their own email addresses.

🟢 For Free DMARC Tool Users (dmarc.postmarkapp.com)

If you’re using the free Postmark DMARC tool , you can contact our Support team and we’ll be happy to help update the email address where your DMARC digests are sent.

📩 How to Request an Email Address Update

Reach out to our Support team at support@postmarkapp.com.
Include the following details in your message:
- The domain name you’re monitoring in the DMARC tool
- The current email address receiving digests
- The new email address you’d like to use
Our team will verify the request and make the update for you.

Once the change is complete, you’ll start receiving digests at your new address.

💡 Note: The free DMARC tool supports one email address per domain. If you’d like multiple team members to receive reports or need more flexibility, consider upgrading to the paid DMARC Digests tool .

✅ After Updating

Your next scheduled digest (weekly or monthly) will go to the updated email address.
If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder and whitelist no-reply@dmarcdigests.com.
