After hearing your feedback loud and clear, we've redesigned our 10,000 email/month plans to match how you work. You told us: "I need these features, but I don't need to pay for volume I'm not using."
"For side project developer and hobby engineering enthusiast, like me, the latest plan that offers 50,000 mails at $60.50 per month is too expensive."
So, like weâve done before, we listened. Because when you succeed with reliable email delivery, we succeed too. That's what real partnership looks like.
What's changed? #
TL;DR: You shouldn't have to pay for 50,000 emails when you're only sending 10,000.
In short, youâll get more for less. The Pro and Platform tiers are now more accessible to lower-volume senders. Effective today, even at the 10K email level, you can access favorite features like:
- Inbound email processing
- Unlimited team collaboration and
- More message streams
The old way (volume-based pricing)
- Need inbound processing? Jump to 50k plan at $60.50/month
- Growing team needing collaboration? Pay for emails you donât send
The new way (feature-based pricing)
- Get exactly what you need at your actual volume
- Pro features at 10K volume: was $60.50/month, now $16.50/month
- Platform features at 10K volume: was $138/month, now $18/month

The Basic tier remains unchanged at $15/month for 10,000 emails.
That's a savings of $44-120 per month ($528 - $1,440 per year!) for the same email volume with advanced features.

We're updating our pricing to deliver even more value for our customers, but everything you already expect from Postmark stays exactly the same. You'll still get extremely fast delivery speeds, the same reliable 99%+ uptime and delivery rates you've come to expect, and all your existing integrations and API functionality continue to work seamlessly.
Your current email templates and configurations? They're not going anywhere. And, we're still optimizing your message streams behind the scenes to make sure your transactional emails reach inboxes fast and reliably, no matter what tier you choose.

What happens if I exceed 10k emails in a month? #
We charge an âoverage feeâ per 1,000 emails over the monthly limit. This fee varies by plan tier. You can see the exact overage rates by plan tier on the pricing page or in your Postmark Accountâs Plans & Add-ons page.
