Will the free 25,000 signup credits renew every month?

When you sign up for Postmark, we automatically fill up your account with 25,000 free credits! This allows you to get started without having to make a purchase right away. You can use these credits for testing or get started in Production for Outbound sending or Inbound Processing (Receiving). As long as you are sending transactional emails only, there are no sending limits.

Once you use up the 25,000 credits you would have to make a new purchase in order to continue sending. These credits will not automatically renew each month.

After you make your first purchase, you can set up your account to automatically purchase more credits when you are running low.

Effective December 13, 2017, Postmark now offers Monthly Plans.

Monthly plans no longer offer 25,000 credits free. Existing customers on credit-based accounts are encouraged to move to a Monthly Plan, but once you switch from using credits to a monthly plan, there is no way to go back to a credit-based account. Contact us, and we’ll help fit you into the best plan based on your sending volume!
