How Do We Handle High Volume Monthly Plan Pricing Requests?
Currently our monthly plan pricing page only shows pricing tiers for 5 million monthly messages or under: 
If a customer writes in wanting to learn more about our high volume pricing first ask if they can clarify how many messages they plan on sending each month.
If the answer is between 5 million and 10 million, we can tell them that the 5 million plan is our standard highest pricing and they'd simply pay the $1,200 monthly for the ability to send 5 million messages, and then any overages beyond that (+ $0.25 per 1,000).
If they need to send over 10 million messages each month, then we can let them know we'll be passing their request to our billing team and then you can assign the ticket to Dana with a note about their request, Telescope account details, and so on.
