Can I Download Detailed Reports in Excel Format?

If you’d like to analyze your Postmark or DMARC Digests data in Excel, here’s what’s currently possible.

Postmark

At this time, Postmark doesn’t offer a built-in option to download detailed reports directly in Excel format.
You can, however, retrieve your message or statistics data through the Postmark API.

Options for exporting your data:

1. Use the Messages or Stats API

   • Retrieve message details or summary statistics in JSON format.

   • Convert the JSON data to CSV or Excel using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or a script.

   • Learn more:

2. Copy data from the Postmark UI

   • You can manually copy the visible data from your Activity or Statistics view into a spreadsheet for quick analysis.

DMARC Digests

DMARC Digests currently doesn’t support exporting reports directly in Excel format. You can view all report data within your DMARC Digests dashboard or copy data manually if you’d like to analyze it elsewhere.
