Can I Change My Billing Date?
Postmark doesn’t currently offer a direct way to change your billing date—but there is a workaround you can use to reset it on your end.
Here’s how it works:

To change the date you’re billed each month:

Downgrade to the free plan
Visit your Plans & Add-ons page
Select the "100 emails per month" option
Click “Proceed to Checkout”

On the new billing date you prefer, upgrade back to a paid plan.
The date you upgrade will become your new monthly billing date going forward.
⚠️ Important Notes

Downgrading to the free plan happens immediately. That means:
You’ll lose access to any unused emails in your current paid plan
You’ll be limited to 100 total emails during the time you're on the free plan
So be sure to plan accordingly—especially if you expect to send more than 100 messages between the downgrade and your planned upgrade date.

If you need to send more than 100 messages during this time and don’t want to lose the remaining email credits from your paid plan, let us know. We’ll be happy to review your situation and can coordinate with our billing team to help—this may include a refund or other adjustment.
