Can a Customer Switch Back to a Credits Plan?
Yes and No
Yes if the account had previously been on the credits plan, switched to a monthly Plan, but then realized they'd rather be on the credits plan we can then ask Dana to switch them back to the credits plan and refund the recent monthly plan charge.
Here is an example of a ticket.
No if the customer has created a new Postmark account and wants that account to be on a credit plan, too. Newly created accounts can only use our Monthly Plans.

In 2017 we removed the credits option for new Postmark accounts but grandfathered in existing accounts who were using the credits options. So new accounts can only use the Monthly Plan option and we don't have the ability to make newer accounts use credit plans.
The only real workaround would be to use the original account and create a new server in there if you'd like to continue to use credits for sending.
