Can a Customer Delete or Update an Existing Credit Card?

No.

Credit cards can be removed via Telescope under Billing > Credit cards. If a customer requests that their card is deleted, follow these instructions:

  1. If the account owner is requesting we delete their card, we should first make sure they are contacting us from the email address the account is under. If they aren't, ask them to write into support@postmarkapp.com with the request

  2. If the person contacting us with the request is an Admin, Viewer, not listed on the account, or the Card holder, they will need to loop in the Account Owner for verification.

  3. We should then ask them to confirm the following details:

    • The last 4 digits of the credit card on file

    • Expiration date of the card on file

    • Billing address

We cannot update customer cards, just delete them.
