There’s no VIP section for support with Postmark. You can email us and usually hear back in a couple of hours, or you can reach us via live chat during business hours. If you’re having delivery problems, we’ll never tell you to just upgrade to a dedicated IP address. We’ll dive in and help you get to the bottom of things.
When it's time for troubleshooting, nobody logs and retains more helpful details about the event history and content of messages than Postmark.
While SparkPost provides 10 days of message event history, Postmark provides a full 45 days of both message events and full content rendering to all accounts. If you need to maintain more than SparkPost's 10 days of history, they recommend using their webhook and doing it yourself, and even then, you'll only have events. You won't have any details about the message content. With Postmark, you'll never again have to wonder exactly what happened to an email when a customer emails support.
