We believe that's an abdication of responsibility to ensure your emails reach customers every time. It’s our job to provide you with great deliverability with or without dedicated IP addresses.

You'll be hard-pressed to find a provider more willing to stand by the quality of their shared IPs than Postmark. If or when the time comes that a dedicated IP address makes sense, we'll set you up on one, but we won't charge extra for it.

We’ll send you a series of emails when your credits drop below 15% of your last purchase so you know it’s time top-up. If you have auto-renewal enabled, we’ll automatically top up your credits when you’re balance drops to 10%. If you run out of credits, we’ll stop accepting API requests from your app until you top-up your account.
