Our goal is to make email delivery easy and transparent, so you can focus on building your product, not troubleshooting email.


💬 How Support Works

At this time, Postmark offers email-based support.
We don’t currently provide phone or Zoom support, though it’s something we’re exploring for the future.

Our email support is handled directly by knowledgeable Postmark specialists (not chatbots or outsourced teams). We typically reply within a few business hours and make sure every answer is clear and actionable.

If you’re getting started with an integration or tool like Prospect 2 or Tessitura, you can share your setup details in your initial message. This helps us provide tailored guidance right away.
