Managing Billing & Invoices
Postmark’s billing section makes it easy to update payment details, download invoices, and manage your tax status.
Updating payment information
Go to Account → Billing.
Under Payment Method, update your credit card details.
You can also update your billing address, which ensures invoices include the correct information.
Downloading invoices
Go to Account → Billing.
Scroll to the Invoices section.
Select the invoice you’d like to download (PDF format).
Tax exemption
If you’re a U.S. customer who qualifies for tax exemption (such as nonprofits, government agencies, or educational institutions), you can submit an exemption certificate for review.

International customers: Postmark does not charge VAT or other international taxes.
Who can manage billing?
Owners are the only role with access to billing settings and invoices.
Admins and teammates do not have access to billing.
