An address has been marked as inactive. How can I reactivate it?
To reactivate an address, first do a search in your activity for the inactive address and filter the search results by “Inactive Emails”. Next, simply click on the “Reactive” link next to the message and the email address will become active again immediately.
Please note this will not resend any previously failed messages due to the address being Inactive. This will only effect any new message sent to this address so Postmark will no longer disregard them.
Spam complaints cannot be reactivated by you. If you have heard from a customer that they mistakenly marked an email as spam, just send it to us and we’ll reactivate on our end.
