An address has been marked as inactive. How can I reactivate it?

To reactivate an address:

  1. Go to your Server Activity
  2. Filter the search results to 'Inactive Recipient'.
  3. Search in your Server Activity for the inactive address.
  4. Next, select Reactivate next to the message and the email address will become active again immediately.

Please note this will not resend any previously failed messages due to the address being inactive. This will only allow for sending new messages to this recipient again.

You should not be seeing many spam complaints (if any) but there is an action you can take to resume sending to them. If the recipient reaches out to you or your sender and wants to receive emails again, contact us at support@postmarkapp.com and let us know to reactivate the recipient's address.
