An address has been marked as inactive. How can I reactivate it?

To reactivate an address, first do a search in your activity for the inactive address and filter the search results to 'Inactive Recipient'.

Next, click on the Reactivate button next to the message and the email address will become active again immediately.

Please note this will not resend any previously failed messages due to the address being inactive. This will only allow for sending new messages to this recipient again.

Spam complaints cannot be reactivated by you. If you have heard from a customer that they mistakenly marked an email as spam and want to receive emails from you again, reach out to support@postmarkapp.com and let us know the address that should be reactivated.
