How do commission payments work?

Commissions will be paid via PayPal from the ActiveCampaign PayPal account. In order to receive payment, the following conditions must be met:

• A valid tax id form (W9, W8, W8 bene) must be completed and filed with ActiveCampaign.
• Monthly commission payment must be >$100, commissions will be “pending” until that $100 payout threshold has been reached. 
• The referred customer must have an active account for 60 days. 

Commission payments will be paid 60 days after each customer signup (once the above prerequisites are met), each month.

For example, if a customer signs up Jan 1, the first commission payment to the referral partner won’t occur until March 1 (60 days from Jan), and the second commission payment in February won’t happen until April 1 (60 days from Feb).
