How does the revenue share model work?

Referral partners get 20% of the total invoiced amount for each referred customer each month, for 12 months. This includes:

• New subscription price based on upgrades/downgrades
• Any overages in a given pay period
• Any add-ons purchased in a given pay period

Postmark is using a tool called Rewardful to track and manage referred customers. Rewardful has an integration with Stripe, which allows us to track these changes via webhook. Total commissions and payment status are available for partners in their Rewardful dashboard.

The tracking code on our site uses a 60 day first party cookie to track referred traffic and signups from referral partners. Rewardful then uses a first-touch attribution model (meaning referrals are attributed to the referral partner whose link was clicked first). 

Any referred signup must become a customer in 60 days in order to be eligible for commission.
