Talk to Sales

This isn’t your average “sales process”

We know that with some software vendors, “talking to sales” means navigating countless calls with BDRs, SDRs, Account Execs, and other folks who pass you along like a hot potato.

You won’t find that here at Postmark because… well, our Support and Sales teams are different. How? First, they are laser-focused on getting you the answers you need as quickly as possible. Second, they’re experienced and knowledgeable about transactional email. Third, they’re empowered to bring folks in the product, deliverability, or engineering teams in to help. And fourth, they’re happy to do that in the way you prefer: over email, phone, video call, or carrier pigeon. Here’s what you can expect when you fill out this form:

  1. Our team will review your request and get in touch. Someone from our Sales or Support team will figure out the best way to help you and follow up via email. They might also send you a link so you can pick a time for a call that works for you.
  2. We won’t use a script. Instead, we’ll listen to your needs and talk about how Postmark could potentially meet them. If we think Postmark isn’t a great fit, we’ll let you know, too. We won’t force a demo on you, but are happy to provide one if you’d like.
  3. We might send you some additional resources that are relevant to your use case after our conversation, but we’ll never send you any of these impersonal “Are you still interested?” email sequences—because those are so incredibly annoying.

If that sounds like what you’re after, fill out the form with as many details as you can—this will help us help you!—and we’ll be in touch.

We’ll never use this email for marketing purposes.

Tell us what kind of emails you would like to send—and a little bit about what your sending needs are. The more detail you provide, the faster we can help you.
