There’s no VIP section for support with Postmark. You can email us and usually hear back in a couple of hours, or you can reach us via live chat during business hours. If you’re having delivery problems, we’ll never tell you to just upgrade to a dedicated IP address. We’ll dive in and help you get to the bottom of things.

By paying for credits up-front, you’re never surprised with a large bill at the end of the month. Postmark scales alongside you, and rewards your success with larger discounts as your volume increases.
We’ll send you a series of emails when your credits drop below 15% of your last purchase so you know it’s time top-up. If you have auto-renewal enabled, we’ll automatically top up your credits when you’re balance drops to 10%. If you run out of credits, we’ll stop accepting API requests from your app until you top-up your account.
